Follow a Pay by Bank payment from request to reconciliation
A Pay by Bank journey can look instant to the customer. Wonderful's guide follows the separate stages behind that short experience: the payment request, bank selection, authentication, authorisation, initiation, status updates, funds availability and reconciliation.
Use the guide to ask sharper operational questions. Decide which event changes an order to paid, how delayed or incomplete payments appear to staff and how the reference reaches your bookkeeping or order system.
