Know when an authorised payment becomes usable cash
A customer approving a Pay by Bank payment starts a sequence. The bank executes it, the receiving account is credited, your provider reports a status and your records match the money to the sale or invoice.
Wonderful's guide separates those events so your team knows which status can mark an order paid and when the money is available to use. Check the status your provider returns, where funds are credited, how exceptions reach staff and how the payment reference enters reconciliation.
