‘Pay later’ is a reply the biller can recognise.
The payer can pay in full, pay part, ask for a later date or decline a request they do not recognise. Billers choose which options to offer. A partial-payment or delay response gives the biller something structured to act on before the due amount is missed.
Request to Pay provides the message layer. The payer still uses an offered payment method, and their response does not alter the underlying legal obligation. The same channel can return questions, decisions and an audit trail, while a unique reference makes the eventual payment easier to match to the bill.

An empty room became a sensory space.
At Titian Ward, an unused room became a sensory space for men receiving psychiatric intensive care. Donations have also funded cooking, creative and self-care sessions for young people in hospital during school holidays, and garden boxes for prosthetics patients in Billericay. NELFT NHS Charity works across north-east London, Essex and Kent to fund patient activities, staff wellbeing, innovation and equipment beyond core NHS provision. Its Wonderful Org profile currently lists six fundraising pages.
