One private room follows a weekly rota.
Community bankers come from banks with strong local demand, with a different bank represented on each weekday. On your bank’s day, the private room can cover account management, payments and transfers, digital banking, power of attorney or bereavement support. Walk-ins are standard, although some banks also offer appointments.
The rota matters. The shared counter works whenever the hub is open. Bank-specific advice is available when your own provider is in the building. Services and limits vary by bank.

New paddlers get three free taster sessions, and most members start without experience. The Dorset team has 45 members, from women finishing treatment to long-term survivors.
